We’re looking for a customer-focused Sales Engineer to kick start their career in a high-performing team within our Energy segment. In this role you’ll be working with our customers, engineering teams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of Hilti’s engineering products and services. This is no ordinary sales job – ours is a uniquely high performing and supportive working culture.
What You’ll do
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You will be visiting job sites to provide solutions, and identify opportunities – giving technical advice, solutions and support, and adding value through the use of Hilti products.
Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and it’s a really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Master’s in engineering or MBA preferred
- Sales oriented, with a minimum of 2 years technical experience in Middle East region
- Experience working in the Energy Industry
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships
- A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
- Valid Qatari Driver’s License
- Based in Qatar
