Key Specialized Requirements:

Experience in Design, Engineering, Supply, and Integration projects within a general MEP contract framework.

Documentation Standards: Expertise in managing CMIS Design Phase documents and EAMS Handover records.

Bilingual (Arabic/English)

SAP License Management Familiarity with License Rights Management (LRM)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of mandatory MEP documentation.

Oversee the “Handover Bridge” where documentation migrates from construction (CMIS) into long-term facility operations (EAMS).

Facilitate the technical submittal process to ensure materials are approved.

Coordinate with client to clarify turnkey requirements, ensuring all documentation meets regional codes and authority standards

Manage SAP License Rights Management terms, ensuring support continuity for the client until final handover

Supervise the rollout of specialized hardware (RFID readers, barcode printers, handheld scanners) and their integration with SAP modules.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with MEP experience.

Experience: 5+ years in Project Management. Must have experience with MEP contractors

Understanding of SAP modules (Property Management, Procurement, Fixed Assets).

Familiarity with Material Submittal approval cycles

Certification: CAPM or PMP preferred; Microsoft Azure & SAP Fundamentals is a plus.

Communication: High-level negotiation and clarification skills to resolve scope issues.
