Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Supervise daily stewarding operations across all outlets and kitchens.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and local health regulations.
  • Maintain cleaning schedules and equipment standards.
  • Support banquet and high-volume operations.

Leadership & Empowerment

  • Supervise, coach, and support stewarding colleagues.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with scheduling and performance follow-up.

Sustainable Performance & Compliance

  • Monitor chemical usage, breakage, and operating equipment inventory.
  • Promote safe working practices and environmental responsibility.
  • Support audits and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 2–3 years of stewarding experience in luxury hospitality.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards.
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
