Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Supervise daily stewarding operations across all outlets and kitchens.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and local health regulations.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and equipment standards.
- Support banquet and high-volume operations.
Leadership & Empowerment
- Supervise, coach, and support stewarding colleagues.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to company policies.
- Assist with scheduling and performance follow-up.
Sustainable Performance & Compliance
- Monitor chemical usage, breakage, and operating equipment inventory.
- Promote safe working practices and environmental responsibility.
- Support audits and ensure full regulatory compliance.
QualificationsÂ
- Minimum 2–3 years of stewarding experience in luxury hospitality.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
