This role focuses ONLY on Snoonu Delivery (Fleet & Drivers) and includes:

  • Fleet support (supervisors, dispatchers)
  • Camps & accommodation
  • PRO / government processes (Medical, QID, visa, contracts)
  • Payroll & attendance
  • Discipline & investigations
  • Onboarding & offboarding

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Hiring & Onboarding (Top Priority): Own mass hiring for riders/drivers, ensuring SLA time-to-hire and rapid productivity through coordination of interviews, contracts, medical, QID, bank accounts, and system onboarding.
  • Rider Lifecycle Management: Manage probation, transfers, promotions, terminations, and resignations to ensure zero operational disruption.
  • Government & Legal (PRO Scope): Own visas, QID, medical, renewals, transfers, and traffic files, ensuring zero expired documents and zero legal exposure.
  • Payroll, Attendance & Deductions: Own monthly payroll for riders/drivers, ensuring accurate attendance, correct deductions, and no delays/variances. Work with Finance and Tech.
  • Discipline, ER & Investigations: Own complaints, disciplinary actions, misconduct investigations, and terminations, ensuring fair process, fast resolution, and zero operational disruption.
  • Camps & Accommodation Management: Own camp capacity, allocation, cleanliness, transport, and staff, ensuring camps support growth, remove hiring bottlenecks, and maintain acceptable living standards.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in workforce operations, fleet operations, delivery/logistics, mobility, or manpower-heavy environments
  • Proven experience managing large-scale driver/rider populations
  • Direct ownership of mass hiring operations with SLA-driven time-to-hire
  • Hands-on experience with government / PRO processes including visas, QID, medicals, renewals, transfers, and contracts
  • Strong experience owning payroll, attendance, deductions, and working closely with Finance and Tech teams
  • Experience handling disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations, and employee relations in high-volume environments
  • Background in delivery, last-mile, ride-hailing, logistics, or fleet-based operations is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, 24/7 operations
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Operations/HR-related qualification is a plus
