We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Control Room Operator to monitor, control, and coordinate operations from a centralized control room. The ideal candidate will ensure systems run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures while responding promptly to alarms, incidents, and operational changes.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor operational systems, CCTV, alarms, and process control screens in real time

Identify, analyze, and respond to alarms, faults, and abnormal conditions

Coordinate with field operators, maintenance teams, security, and emergency services as needed

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations at all times

Log events, incidents, and operational data accurately and in a timely manner

Escalate issues according to established protocols

Assist with system start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency response procedures

Maintain clear and professional communication during routine and high-pressure situations
