We are seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor to lead and oversee operations within our control room. The role involves supervising control room operators, ensuring smooth and safe operations, coordinating responses to alarms and incidents, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage control room operators, ensuring efficient monitoring of systems and processes.

• Oversee real-time operations and respond to alarms, incidents, or emergencies promptly.

• Ensure all operational activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies.

• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for control room staff.

• Coordinate with field teams, maintenance, security, and management to ensure seamless operations.

• Review logs, reports, and operational data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Implement and maintain best practices for incident management and emergency response.

• Lead shift handovers and ensure continuity of operations across shifts.
