Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions to join Etqan Global Academy in Doha, Qatar.
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven admissions leader who can deliver an exceptional parent experience while driving enrolment growth for one of Qatar’s most forward-thinking international schools. This is a key commercial role responsible for setting admissions strategy, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring every family receives a premium, personalised journey from first enquiry to enrolment.
The Role
We seek an individual to join as Head of Admissions, where your focus will be:
- Leading the school’s admissions strategy, ensuring strong enrolment growth aligned with market trends and school priorities.
- Managing the full admissions lifecycle — enquiries, tours, assessments, offers, acceptances, and onboarding.
- Building partnerships with nurseries, corporate entities, relocation agencies, and community organisations to expand the school’s visibility.
- Ensuring a premium parent experience through warm, personalised communication and high-quality tours and events.
- Overseeing compliance with MOEHE regulations, documentation requirements, and admissions standards.
- Managing CRM accuracy, data integrity, forecasting, and reporting to support school and regional planning.
- Leading, coaching, and developing the admissions team to deliver consistently high service standards.
- Working closely with SLT, teachers, and the Marketing & Admissions team to ensure strong alignment and exceptional family engagement.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
- 5–7 years’ experience in admissions, customer-facing, or commercial roles, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of international school admissions processes and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High levels of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a premium service experience.
- Experience within Qatar or GCC schools and familiarity with MOEHE regulations (desirable).
- A Bachelor’s degree (essential); training in business, customer experience, marketing, or school administration (desirable).
