About Your School Nord Anglia International School Al Khor (NAISAK) is a 3-18 through school with more than 1350+ pupils currently on roll. Our school resides in the town of Al Khor, 25 minutes north of Doha (the capital of Qatar). We educate both local and expat students through a bespoke and engaging Primary curriculum which draws on the English National Curriculum as well as Qatar’s Ministry of Education curriculum.
About The Role
You will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for parents and students through the Purchase phase of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ), as families progress from initial enquiry through to and including the child’s first day at school, thereby maximising the conversion of leads into new starters.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
- Preferably under husband/family sponsorship
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage a team to achieve and succeed desired outcomes
- 2 years + in a sales or service delivery sector
- Experience in working with CRM systems (SalesForce and iSAMS) and integration with the sales life cycle
- Fluent in English and speaking Arabic is an advantage
