About the job

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts with the purpose of selling, cross sell, upsell, and retention.
  • Advise and answer questions about products or the company.
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales to make revenue and reach the targets.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner to close the sales. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Highschool diplomat minimum.
  • 01 Years of experience in contact center or tele sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Good Knowledge of handsets and accessories.
