Job Summary
Responsible for driving origination and growth of Cash Management business by selling cash, liquidity, payments, receivables, and digital transaction solutions to corporate and commercial clients. The role focuses on revenue growth, client acquisition, wallet‑share expansion, and retention, while ensuring compliant delivery of cash management solutions.
Key Accountabilities Sales & Origination
- Originate and grow Cash Management business including payments, collections, liquidity, receivables, host‑to‑host, API, and digital channel solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet assigned revenue, fee income, and volume targets
- Partner with Relationship Managers to drive cross‑sell and wallet‑share expansion
Client Coverage
- Engage with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Heads to understand cash flow, liquidity, and payments requirements
- Deliver consultative, solution‑based sales aligned to client operating and treasury models
- Support onboarding and activation of new Cash Management mandates
Solution Structuring & Execution
- Structure Cash Management solutions in coordination with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Support pricing, documentation, and implementation within approved policies
- Ensure timely implementation, go‑live, and post‑implementation client support
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary coordination point across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Implementation teams
- Provide regular pipeline updates, deal status, and escalation reporting to management
Other Accountabilities Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements, KYC, AML, data privacy, and internal policies
- Maintain quality of client portfolio and support issue resolution
- Support audits, reviews, and internal governance processes
Market Awareness
- Track market trends, digital developments, and competitor offerings in Cash Management
- Provide market feedback to Product and Management teams to enhance proposition.
Key Competencies
- Experience in Cash Management / Transaction Banking sales
- Strong knowledge of payments, collections, liquidity, and digital cash solutions
- Proven client acquisition and relationship management capabilities
- Strong coordination and execution skills across multiple stakeholders
- Advanced English communication skills – verbal and written
- Advanced excel skills (VBA & macros, Advanced formulae etc.)
- Advanced MSOffice skills – PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Strong sales and relationship focus
- Commercial mindset with risk awareness
- High attention to detail and execution discipline
- Client‑centric and solution‑oriented
- Comfortable in a target‑driven Transaction Banking environment
Required Qualifications
- Master’s in Business Administration
- Strong excel, power point and analytical skills
Required Experience
- 6-9 years in Cash Management Services – Transaction Banking
