Role Overview
The Senior Analyst – Go-To-Market (Solutions) will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Director of Business Solutions in shaping and executing business planning, go-to-market strategies, and overall business growth initiatives. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and a consultancy background to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive market success. The role also demands strong B2B experience (preferably within ICT or solutions-based environments), expertise in executive presentations and dashboarding and the ability to create compelling, creative presentation decks for executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning & Strategy
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of business plans in line with the Business Solutions unit’s mandate.
- Conduct market and competitor assessments to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Assist with financial models and forecasts to evaluate new initiatives and support investment decisions.
- Partner with Business Solutions leadership to align and consolidate growth initiatives across streams.
Performance Reporting & Executive Storytelling
- Partner with the Value Proposition team to support evidence-based positioning and contribute to GTM frameworks and customer ready collateral (insight inputs, narrative, performance feedback).
- Track performance across business streams, report key metrics, and recommend corrective actions or enhancements.
- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and recurring performance packs using advanced data visualization tools
- Develop high-impact executive presentations with strong data visualization, clear storyline, and decision-oriented narrative for senior leadership.
- Provide concise insights and recommendations to the Senior Director business solutions, including decision briefs and options analysis.
Operational Excellence
- Continuously validate Business Solutions priorities against B2B market/customer insights (VOC inputs, win/loss themes, competitor moves) and recommend adjustments.
- Drive continuous improvement of Business Solutions planning, reporting, and governance processes (templates, cadence, KPI definitions, decision logs).
- Support governance routines (monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, initiative tracking) and maintain documentation discipline.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy roles with B2B exposure.
- Experience working in ICT, technology or solutions-based businesses.
- Proven experience in executive-level presentations with strong data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise or government B2B environments.
- Experience in technology or solutions-based industries.
- Familiarity with regional market dynamics (Middle East/Qatar).
- Exposure to digital transformation or business solution frameworks.
