With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury & lifestyle brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a Front Office Supervisor with luxury and lifestyle brand hotel experiences to join our team in Kimpton Doha.

Just a stone’s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.

A Glimpse Into Your Role

As a Front Office Supervisor in a luxury hospitality environment, you will play a pivotal role in delivering refined, personalized guest experiences.

  • Leading and supervising front office and reservations operations to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently upheld
  • Overseeing guest reservation inquiries across phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Ensuring booking systems are meticulously maintained, with accurate rates, availability, and guest preferences recorded at all times
  • Collaborating closely with reservations, sales, housekeeping, and operations teams to create seamless, anticipatory guest journeys
  • Proactively promoting premium services, exclusive packages, and tailored upgrades to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue
  • Managing multiple high-value reservations and bespoke guest requests while maintaining discretion and precision
  • Ensuring full compliance with brand standards, company policies, and responsible business practices expected in a luxury setting

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related discipline (or equivalent luxury hospitality experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in front office within a luxury or upscale hotel environment; supervisory experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are highly desirable – Russian
  • Strong proficiency in luxury hotel reservation systems and a solid understanding of revenue optimization principles
  • A polished, guest-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
