A Beach Attendant is responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Confirm guest registration and distribute and track inventory of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of beach area including, but not limited to, emptying used towel bins, collecting used towels and maintaining neat appearance of beach towels on shelves
• Perform general beach-related duties, as needed

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Intermediate English language skills
• Basic computer knowledge

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous customer service experience
