Job Purpose:

The Ned Doha is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Executive Assistant Manager – Culinary & Food & Beverage to support and drive excellence across our culinary and F&B operations. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury dining, operational management, and team development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Managing Director in managing daily hotel operations across Food & Beverage and Culinary
  • Ensure the highest standards of service excellence and brand compliance at all times
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams
  • Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and cost control
  • Oversee guest experience strategies, handling VIP guests and resolving escalated concerns
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Support strategic initiatives, opening projects, and continuous improvement programs

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in a senior F&B or culinary leadership role within a luxury hotel or lifestyle hospitality brand
  • Strong operational knowledge of restaurants, bars, kitchens, and banqueting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Passionate about food, beverage, and guest experience excellence
  • Flexible, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
