Your Day to Day
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our exceptional hotel experiences. You will:
- Assist in the development and execution of the hotel’s sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate, leisure, and MICE clients.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment activities to strengthen partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in business objectives and promotional activities.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client functions as required.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, and competitive set.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Sales within a 5-star hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and a drive to achieve results.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS, Delphi, or similar sales systems preferred.
