Your Day to Day

As a Doorperson, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, embodying the warm and welcoming spirit of our hotel. Your role will involve greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and providing outstanding service to ensure a memorable arrival and departure experience.

Your job responsibilities involve:

  • Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure
  • Assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Offering all types of assistance to guests and visitors
  • Providing information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized entrance area
  • Coordinating transportation services and assist with valet parking as needed
  • Upholding the hotel’s standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times

What We Need From You

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
