Parsons is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Admin to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and interest in document management and archiving to support the commercial and engineering teams effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting the commercial team with administrative tasks, including preparing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
- Managing and organizing project-related documents, ensuring proper archiving and easy retrieval of records.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel to create, update, and analyze data for project tracking and reporting purposes.
- Supporting the preparation of invoices, payment applications, and other commercial documentation.
- Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely submission and organization of required documents.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for document control and archiving.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate records of project costs, contracts, and other financial documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the commercial and engineering teams as needed.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant academic background with a willingness to develop skills in a commercial and administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts and project workflows.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
