Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Front Office to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise, train, and support the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Monitor room availability, reservations, and financial transactions at the front desk.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.
  • Previous luxury hotel experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Opera or similar Property Management Systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
