Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Front Office to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train, and support the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and financial transactions at the front desk.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.
- Previous luxury hotel experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
- Proficiency in Opera or similar Property Management Systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
