
Telecommunications Technician

We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our team and provide hands-on technical support in the telecommunications domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical and non-technical queries from field teams and assist in resolving issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems while documenting updates in operational systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Be available for on-call duties during planned and unplanned activities.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in technical support, preferably in telecom.
- Knowledge of VoIP, IPTV, and Broadband technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication, or related fields.
- Cisco certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
