The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with high-value restaurant and cafe partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction. They act as senior business consultants, driving growth through strategic initiatives, effective communication, and leveraging Snoonu’s marketing and operational tools.

  • Act as a liaison between Snoonu and high-value partners.
  • Ensure partners receive the best offers and promotions.
  • Convert brands to Snoonu Delivery and encourage the use of last-mile services.
  • Update documents, share accurate data, and provide financial updates to finance.
  • Perform data analysis and create presentations.
  • Sell non-commission revenue services by promoting marketing tools and studio services.
  • Design and execute campaigns based on market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Organise and participate in partner meetings, lunches, and events.
  • Represent Snoonu in official channels and at events.
  • Educate partners on operations, escalation processes, and business impact.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide materials to minimise cancellations.
  • Negotiate and convince partners effectively and respectfully.
  • Communicate professionally with all stakeholders and use WhatsApp Business for work communication.
  • Track and report on partner performance and campaigns.
  • Secure work data and prepare for fluctuations in orders.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Partnership.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Use market knowledge to provide insights to partners and suggest improvements.
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Oversee the performance and development of Account Managers, fostering a motivated team environment.
  • Collaborate with operations to resolve partner issues and with finance to ensure smooth financial processes.
  • Share knowledge and techniques with the team.
  • Handle cancellations and refund disputes.
