Develop and ensure consistent implementation of QatarEnergy LNG Operations Excellence (OE) programs in all assigned areas. Monitor and evaluate OE programs to ensure their sustainability and continuous improvement across all Company assets.
Key Job Accountabilities – I
Implement framework and scope of the Process Safety Program (PSP) within the Company by working with relevant stakeholders and resolving issues.
Assist in developing the Barrier Management processes at QatarEnergy LNG that establish industrial best practices within the Company. Works closely with key stakeholders across the Company to ensure proper planning, organization, coordination, and ultimate effective implementation of QatarEnergy LNG Barrier Management processes.
Assist in developing and implementing the Mitigate Volume Threats (MVT) process across all assets, offering continuous enhancement and opportunities for integration with other Company risk and reliability processes.
Serve as the technical expert within the Operations Group for advice on issues of potential significant impact to business results.
Develop and implements operational best practices that establish QatarEnergy LNG as a leader in the industry.
Key Job Accountabilities – II
Develop quality assurance and project planning measures for assigned projects to ensure proper implementation, while also considering critical quality standards and delivery targets (e.g., baseline studies, best practices surveys, and Level 3 implementation plans).
Provide leadership in assessing the performance of all related programs for sustainability and continuous improvement and provide analysis and review to advise on establishing all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) related targets.
Support the Head of Operations Excellence on OE related technical competency for the Operations Group, particularly regarding Technical Core Competency levels for various positions. Support and coordinate assessment of competency levels of individuals and advise the development on structured training programs (e.g., PSP).
Develop, maintain, and revise related Operating Group level procedures, OE procedures, manuals, and training materials.
Provide leadership in the development and maintenance of all OE-related IT tools, including the ESMS electronic shift reporting tool, MVT, Field Operator Proactive Monitoring (FOPAM), and Panel Operator Proactive Monitoring (POPAM).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline.
Knowledge and/or Experience – I
10 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a solid understanding of Operations functions within similar environments, including 3 years at a supervisory level.
Ability to introduce new concepts and build change awareness programs throughout the Operations Group.
