HR Knowledge:

    • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and processes.
    • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Employee Benefits and Compensation:
    • Knowledge of employee benefit programs, compensation structures, and payroll processes.
    • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software for managing employee records and payroll administration.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Ability to handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and unbiased manner.
    • Strong communication and mediation skills.
    • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and tools.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Experience in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Microsoft Office Suite:
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for various HR tasks, such as document creation, data analysis, presentations, and email communication.
  • HRIS (Human Resource Information System):
    • Understanding of HRIS platforms and their functionalities for managing employee data, HR workflows, and reporting.

Requirements And Skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive,
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Solid communication skills
  • Bachelors in Human Resources Management or relevant field
