The NOC Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing 24/7 operational performance of the NOC, ensuring optimal network performance and swift resolution of issues while adhering to SLAs. NOC Senior manager is expected to drive the digitalization journey of the NOC by implementing automation, AI-powered operations. The role requires close collaboration with the other operations domains, Vendor support & third-party stakeholders for day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), collaborate with cross-functional operation, customer service operations and vendor support to improve service quality and other day to day operations.
- Drive the adoption of AI/ML-powered Zero touch Digital solutions for NOC operations in automated fault detection, ticketing & resolution, digital performance dashboards. Drive the use of AI-powered analytics for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance.
- Provide regular updates on NOC performance, incident trends, and digitalization & strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or relevant field
- Relevant experience in NOC operations with telecom Vendors /Operator with expertise in Mobile & Fixed network.
- Relevant experience of handling Digital transformation projects, AI/ML Tools.
- Relevant experience service management process as per the ITIL standards and experience in handling large technical teams.
- Network Operations Experience (Radio/Core/Transport)
- Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder management skills
- ITIL Process & Customer Experience Management skills
- Position requires the candidate to be a Qatari national.
