About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa, Gym & Pool including treatment rooms, waiting areas, changing rooms and common areas
- Prepare and stock treatment rooms with necessary supplies and linens.
- Assist spa therapists and technicians with preparing for treatments.
- Ensure all spa amenities (towels, robes, beverages, etc.) are available and replenished as needed.
- Provide guests with information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and spa policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or guest service position is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
