Key Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to Training Activities and responsible for all Accounts/Payments related are being handled, verified and approved accurately and timely for the training department
- Coordinate and administer study leavers and Al Shaheen graduate programs
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 Years of Administration Experience in Learning & Development
- Extensive experience in software programs (Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP (FI & MM)
- Experience in the same role
- Oil & Gas Experience
- Qatar Experience
