Key Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to Training Activities and responsible for all Accounts/Payments related are being handled, verified and approved accurately and timely for the training department
  • Coordinate and administer study leavers and Al Shaheen graduate programs

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 Years of Administration Experience in Learning & Development
  • Extensive experience in software programs (Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP (FI & MM)
  • Experience in the same role
  • Oil & Gas Experience
  • Qatar Experience
