A reputed cleaning company in Qatar has an urgent requirement for the following positions,

Female Cleaner

  • Proven experience in cleaning and hospitality
  • Must be neat and presentable
  • The English language is a must

Cleaning Supervisor / Quality Control Officer

  • Maintain a positive and pleasant attitude towards clients and associates.
  • Responsible for supervising the training of new associates and re-training housekeepers as needed.
  • Ensures that all cleaners have appropriate cleaning supplies and are well organized.
  • Continually monitor performance and service delivery standards of the cleaning staff against agreed contractual outputs and key performance.
  • Supervise the material’s chemical consumables consumption on a daily basis and in line with the approved budget and allocation for that particular project.
  • Conducts thorough inspections of service provided by the Cleaners for quality assurance and to ensure completion of work following policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years’ hospitality background in a 4 – 5-star environment.
  • Experience in a mid-level supervisory position, strong people skills, leadership qualities and outgoing personality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.

Customer Service Representative

  • Responds to queries, complaints and requests via email and telephone.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills.
  • 2-3 years’ call center experience/hospitality background is an advantage.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

HR Admin

  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  • Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
  • Handles employee relations, payroll and benefits.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years respective field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should be able to handle all HR / Admin documentation works and prepare / file reports daily.
  • Payroll handling will be an added advantage.
  • Should have excellent knowledge in Microsoft office and documentation process.
  • Strictly for the Philippines and Nepal (cleaners only) nationality ONLY due to visa availability. Other nationalities might not be considered.
