Key Job Responsibilities

  • Receive guest calls in a professional and friendly manner ensuring guest expectations are always exceeded.
  • Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Answer all internal calls with a greeting according to the time of day, identify yourself and ask “How may I assist you”.
  • Answer all external calls with a greeting according to the time of day, identify the hotel property and ask “How may I assist you”.
  • Ensure attentive telephone service answering calls within 3 rings.
  • Ensure you ask guests before putting them on hold and ensure no guest in on hold for longer than 10 seconds.
  • Offer a call back in the instances where a guest is on hold for longer than 10 seconds and return the call within 5 minutes.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a 5-star hotel or similar industry.
  • Good command of English language, Arabic is a plus.
