Telephone Operator (Arabic Speaker)

The Telephone Operator is responsible to handle every phone call with importance to provide a professional and customer-focused response to guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and always strive to exceed guest expectations.
  • Prioritize and perform accordingly to ensure that data are handled immediately with speed and efficiency.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of room rates, room locations and type of rooms.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Able to work alone and in a team
  • Can handle pressure
  • Arabic language – excellent oral and written skills
