The Telephone Operator is responsible to handle every phone call with importance to provide a professional and customer-focused response to guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.
- Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and always strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Prioritize and perform accordingly to ensure that data are handled immediately with speed and efficiency.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of room rates, room locations and type of rooms.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Able to work alone and in a team
- Can handle pressure
- Arabic language – excellent oral and written skills
