Your Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare draft procedures, guidelines, plans and technical standards using the content provided by the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including flowcharts, forms and templates to ensure compliance with established corporate procedures;
  • Collating review comments for draft procedures, guidelines, plans and technical standards from all reviewers;
  • Proofread and verify that the technical standards developed are of consistent high quality with respect to language, grammar, style and format and are in line with the established Corporate procedures;
  • Assist teams of SMEs by carrying out editor functions on documents under development templates to ensure compliance with established Corporate procedures;
  • Assist in the preparation of various types of departmental documents such as manuals, reports, plans, training materials, and presentations, weekly and monthly reports;
  • Provide progress reports on assigned activities;
  • Assists in managing collation, compilation, editing and distribution of technical documentation and design and construction contract documentation;
  • Assists in managing project communication including email receipts, distributions and follow-ups.

Your Profile

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years post qualification working experience with at least 3 years’ experience at progressively senior levels. Technical/commercial writing/editorial experience is essential;
  • English language (written and oral) to native speaker standards;
  • Excellent oral/written interpersonal communication, technical and report writing and presentation skills;
  • Computer literate (e.g., Nitro PDF Professional, Microsoft Office suite);
  • Possessing planning and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently with initiative within multi-disciplinary teams.
