You will be responsible for creating integrated talent management frameworks and strategies for Qatari Nationals that will focus on developing employees to support their robust growth plans. This role will focus on selection and assessment testing, competency modeling, and talent identification. You will also be required to review current and future successor needs as well as analyzing training needs. You will focus on career pathways and will be responsible for maximizing the performance of employees, accelerating high performers as well as identifying career development and executive team development. The successful candidate will be involved in succession planning including talent reviews, talent management grids and employee engagement.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or management and have at least 5 – 8 years of talent management experience working in an international organization. Due to the scope of the role, the ideal candidate should be Arabic speaking and have experience in the Qatar/GCC region.
