As part of the Talent Acquisition team based in Doha, you ensure full support of these critical recruitment decisions, you will offer expert advice, data and recommendations as a key member of the team. This will include availability of talent in a given market or region, solid job descriptions, long-term sourcing strategies and interview and selection criteria.
You will support the organization, advertising, interviewing and candidate selection process to attract suitably qualified and experienced candidates.
You will be responsible for filling an assigned number of open roles, interfacing with internal stakeholders and the selection team to ensure a high quality of hire, time to hire and hire costs. Other duties include maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Manager, providing recruitment process coaching, ensuring a strong value proposition, implementing and developing recruiting strategies and recommendations around employment offers. You will be part of a team coordinating and supporting all efforts to complete urgent tasks, auditing tracking databases, using a high level of accuracy and attention to for information and communication to candidates and consistency of competency testing techniques.
You will have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 5 years of working experience.
