Your day to day
Under the guidance of the I.T Manager, you’ll be accountable for the provision of IT services for all users. To maximize the business value and Hotel Revenues from the effective and efficient use of Information Technology in the Hotel, ensure the Hotel Computer Systems are installed and operating according to company standards, policy and procedures. (15%) To manage any technology change including communication to hotel users, change management document, clear high level plan presented to HOD & GM (Coverdale Approach) in order to deploy the new technology limiting impact to Operations. (20%) To manage and prioritize any IT problems, impacting either revenue and/or the guest, for quick resolution and to backup the IT Manager (for daily operations). (50%) Tactically manage the day to day business with key internal/external relationships. (15%)
What we need from you Ideally, you’ll have minimum 1 year experience under the same role in a 5 star hotel or similar establishment.
