Job Summary

The Storekeeper assists with inventory and complies with the established standards and regulations of storekeeping with the primary objective of keeping an efficient inventory system and timely delivery of operational requirements.  Assists in all records maintenance, and regular inventory control over stored items to ensure adequate materials/products.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensures maintaining all records of materials in a timely manner.
  • Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Complies with all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Monitors, updates and maintains the Inventory System to ensure that accurate information is being stored.
