We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and energetic Store Supervisor for our high-end jewellery store in Ahazm. You will involve in creating a first-class customer experience for our VIP clients while thriving the sales.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals through effective use of selling techniques and upselling.
- Serve as a leader on the floor supporting your sales staff and always lead by example
- Ensure world-class customer service experience by building quality relationships with customers, employee and brands
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and create a welcoming environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
- Maintaining solid product knowledge in terms of unique features, trends and specifications
- Responsible for focusing on clientele development, building strong relationships with customers
- Assist in floor moves, inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and display maintenance
- Support solve problems and make informed suggestions that affect the service, and productivity of the boutique
Your Desired Skills
- Minimum 7 Years’ sales experience in the high-end pure gold, diamond and stone industry
- Sound knowledge of the Jewellery industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication in both English and Arabic,
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
