Job Description

  • Overseeing all the aspects of the Retail store
  • Meeting sales targets of the store and brands Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and upkeep
  • Maintaining customers relationships & high standards in customer service/handling customer complaints
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends, monitoring local competitors & customer patterns Managing & motivating the sales team to ensure increased sales & efficiency
  • Ensuring team are well presented & in full uniform Communicating & upholding all company policies, rules & procedures
  • Ensuring proper cash management at the store
  • Preparing monthly reports, as required by the management Coordinating with Mall Management On the floor training & providing support to sales associates & senior sales associates
  • Thorough knowledge of features & benefits of products & brands in the store
  • Understanding of competing brands & prices
  • Excellent role model & effective communicator
  • Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills Good selling skills
