The candidate is expected to do regular analysis for the ongoing and upcoming projects and presenting it to the Sales Manager. The position requires an understanding of the products and the competition, especially in the challenging economic environment. The candidate should be good at communication and interacting with customers.
He should be able to promote the brand name and brand value of the company. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of HVAC equipment and Accessories. He should have sound knowledge selling all types of ventilation fans. This
requirement is mandatory for this post. He should have at least 5 years of experience specifically on fans.
Key Job Deliverable/ Accountabilities
Sales Growth :
- Drive the sales in all product verticals and meeting / exceeding the individual sales targets;
- Periodically analyze the sales pipeline and draw up the corrective measures;
- Participating in the sales review meeting weekly basis.
- Update the Manager on daily sales calls and other sales-related updates.
Essential Attributes / Competencies
- Thorough in general HVAC Accessories / Compulsory Knowledge in Ventilation fans.
- Basic knowledge of the products and application;
- Awareness of commercial conditions.
- Intuitive Skill: Adaptability, persuasiveness – effective team player.
- Should be energetic and capable to do daily set meetings.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in Gulf Countries.
