Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Department Manager with a wide range of tasks which includes:

General administration and written communications information management by analyzing and responding to others according to Department manager directions & instructions. In addition, organize manager time and maintain meeting

Schedules effectively & efficiently.

Experience & Skills

  • Competent level of proficiency in English. Bilingual is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites such as: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Extensive knowledge of the department setup and relationship both internal and external.
  • Strong writing and overall communication skills is required.


  • University degree or college diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years secretarial experience
