Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in Catering Operations and experience in international Sports Events planning and execution
  • Experience in monitoring and tracking the timelines of the deliverables of each catering contracts and other venue destinations.
  • Experience in assisting the Issues and Risks Coordinators in providing information from site visits and reports received.
  • Preparing reports, follow up requests and maintaining reports

Skills Required

  • Excellent planning & project management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong operational catering background with a wide understanding of the concept of Service Readiness in the Catering Operations
  • Good Negotiator
  • Issue resolver
  • Detail-oriented
