Job Description

Job Title: Service Advisor Commercial Vehicles

Reporting To: Service Manager Department: Aftersales Division: Workshop

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Customer Support & Technical:

  • Greet the customers and offer excellent service at all the time
  • Listen and determine vehicle issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
  • Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders to workshop to complete
  • Follow up with the customer during the work in progress, if additional work required, in the case of delay occurs and after completion of all repairs
  • Ensure that work is done as promised in terms of time, value and work provided to customers meet quality standards
  • Make sure to deliver the vehicles on time, invoice and collect payments from customers diligently
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services and any other concerns
  • Maintain customer data and records in DMS and filing
  • Any other responsibilities and tasks instructed from the superiors from time to time Reporting & Data Management
  • Compile and update daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation and filing are carried out according to AHA P&P QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Education: Bachelor’s degree /Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Automobile Eng. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Truck & Bus business

Job-Related Skills:

Computer literacy in MS Office, Analytical, Problem-solving and Detail-oriented.
