Great Opportunity for qualified Senior Sales Engineer (Services), for a group of companies at Qatar, only locally with NOC eligible to apply:-
Position: Senior Sales Engineer (Services)
- Capable to manage a sales team.
- Generating the sales by using the existing customer database to acquire new commercial, industrial projects.
- Developing relationships with owners, facility managers and management companies.
- Accelerating sales of new annual maintenance contracts by identifying, prospecting, qualifying & other sales techniques.
- Perform site surveys, estimate, and prepare the sales quotes to meet the customers’ requirements.
- Aggressive follow-ups for the quotation sent to the market, negotiate and close business/contracts at qualified margins.
- Building & cementing a positive ongoing customer relationship to ensure that Seyana is meeting their requirements to ensure long term customer loyalty
- Coordinating with our call center team/ site supervisor to allocate / register schedules through FSM for maintenance/ rectification works as per customer requirements.
- Coordinating with inventory controller to make sure the spare parts are available as when and then.
- Coordinating with accounts to ensure the receivables are cleared now and then depending on the customer status / defined in the quotation terms and conditions.
- Open to explore new things/ gaining & sharing knowledge and keep updated about the innovation and technologies in line with the scope of business.
- Good sales service and technical background in HVAC/ Water Systems/ Central AC system/ VRV/ Home appliances etc.
- Selling maintenance contracts, spare parts stocks.
- Knowledge in a system upgrade, the retrofit market.
- Graduate degree in related field with good technical knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Qatar Market.
