Position: Senior Recruitment Officer
Looking for a Senior Recruitment Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
- Performs recruitment activities in providing the high caliber and diverse workforce required by the Company in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices.
- Contributes to annual Recruitment sourcing plans aligned to the sourcing framework, based on organizational requirements for determined vacancies.
- Completes targeted selection activities, including candidate assessment and evaluation
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics.
- Create, implement and manage onboarding plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 05 or more years of experience.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Locally available in Qatar with Transferable visa (Mandatory).
