Your Tasks

  • Demonstrate personal commitment to the SHE Policy;
  • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company SHE standards;
  • Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes;
  • Assist all contract representatives in the follow-up of contract performance;
  • Preparation of contract meetings, Action plan management, HSE improvement plan technical evaluation covering the Quality Control ∂
  • Develop a yearly schedule for contractors’ performance review and audits program;
  • Organize service Quality meetings to review contractor’s performance, develop relevant KPI’s; monitor action trackers and implement improvement plans;
  • Lead contractors audit, develop audits plans and required close out report. Ensure permanent follow up of audits findings till implementation;
  • Develop required procedures for quality assurance and quality control to cover services delivered by contracted personnel. Monitor Contractors compliance with contracted standards;
  • Monitor contracted resources certification and competency matrix. Ensure training matrix are implemented;
  • Run the Non Conformity Reporting tool in PALM and ensure adherence of all FOPS sections;
  • Follow up of NCR ’s close out and ensure appropriate actions are implemented in compliance with all required COMPANY and international standards;
  • Responsible for review and validation of Contractors’ Quality management systems including quality manual during the technical evaluation phase for all FOPS Contracts;
  • Liaise with C&P and Contract owners to define competency level of existing Operations Contractors and the impact of call for tenders program;
  • Challenging Operations category contracts on existing specifications and requirements to drive improvements and cost reduction;
  • Support at the management of the department budget preparation, assist in follow-up (commitments, realization, optimization…);
  • Analyze and Validate month ends accruals, time writing, actuals, and present output to Management;
  • Ensure Feedback (REX) is shared with other entities and contract owners.

Your Profile

  • Suitable engineering qualification (Engineering Degree preferred) with 5-10 years of engineering experience in the oil and gas industry, including offshore/site experience;
  • Detailed knowledge of legislation/regulations relevant to discipline;
  • Significant knowledge of offshore plant and equipment and maintenance systems;
  • Detailed knowledge and certification in Quality Assurance-Quality Control;
  • Detailed Knowledge and Certification in Organizing and leading Audits;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good knowledge of maintenance and inspection management tools (SAP).
