Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Issuing cards for quickly creating, distributing, and managing physical and virtual cards.
  • Ensuring KYC compliance for all card requests
  • Working with banks and partners for card processing
  • Vendor/Bank Partner management for card-issuing for all customer requests
  • Managing customer complaints with banks, processor.
  • Handing all charge back requests
  • Responsible for the overall payments back-office operations
  • Roll out of QR Code & POS Terminal payment eco-system
  • On-boarding and KYC of merchants
  • Ensuring the documentation is as per QCB regulations before activation of merchants
  • Vendor management for QR Code printing and POS deployment
  • Stock Management of POS devices
  • Coordination with banks for payments and issuing back office

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

  • 2 to 3 years experience of working with banks or payment service providers for POS deployment
  • Clear understanding of POS market in Qatar
  • Good Communication skills
  • Preference will be given to residents in Qatar
