We are looking for a Security Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- To assist the Security Manager in supervising the daily security operations ensuring that the department is operated in a safe and efficient manner consistently.
- Assist manager with employee recruitment and performance management as well as training of the entire security personnel.
- Also responsible for managing the schedules of security personnel and tracking their attendance.
- Improve Fire Fighting standards at the site by conducting Fire Fighting Training.
- Ensure security
- Previous experience as an Assistant Security Manager or similar positions.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
