We are looking for a Security Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Job Requirements

  • To assist the Security Manager in supervising the daily security operations ensuring that the department is operated in a safe and efficient manner consistently.
  • Assist manager with employee recruitment and performance management as well as training of the entire security personnel.
  • Also responsible for managing the schedules of security personnel and tracking their attendance.
  • Improve Fire Fighting standards at the site by conducting Fire Fighting Training.
  • Ensure security

Job Profile:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Security Manager or similar positions.
  • Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
  • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
