Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all messages received with the agreed SLAs
  • The Secretary will provide support by taking phone calls and giving relevant information as desired
  • Support other walk-in clients with documents, translating, and providing information about services as needed
  • Other responsibilities as requested
  • Welcome guests and other visitors

Qualifications and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate for the Secretary job role should hold a High School Diploma
  • Bilingual i.e. fluency in English and Arabic and capable of working as an interpreter/translator.
  • Good customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone skills
  • Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in Microsoft Suite
