HCM Functional consultant shall have hands on experience on the mentioned areas
Four key HCM areas:
- Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time keeping system (TKS) & Travel management.
- Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession planning.
- Training & development.
- Payroll & Overtime.
- HCM Functional consultant should have experience in their functional set ups specifically organizational management mapping, personnel administration data cleansing, refining custom developed overtime system with Time keeping system integration, refining custom developed travel management, further development of custom developed performance management system & setting up talent management, training & development
- Experience in HCM integrations with the mentioned other modules in the SAP suite.
- Experience in developing custom reports and forms using SAP adobe tool along with the ABAP’er.
- Experience in writing the functional & testing documents for the developments, procedures, training documents and have hands on experience of requirements gathering, development, user acceptance testing and deployment to production.
- Expected to work in a team environment with other SAP CoE functional & technical consultants.
- Strong analytical and time management with tight deadlines delivery are highly essential with earliest joining.
