Sales Supervisor – Traditional Trade

Sales Supervisor Traditional Trade is responsible for managing and developing the traditional trade channel in Qatar (self-service, groceries, wholesale etc), to deliver the agreed growth targets related to A&P traditional trade business.

The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies for both pre-selling and van salesmen, improving visibility and distribution that will drive share improvements, building a strong relationships with customers throughout Qatar and developing a strong motivated sales team. The role is a hands-on role that will require significant time in the market throughout the region.
