Our client, a leading yacht companies in Qatar and the region, and a turnkey, single source solution to the boating and yachting industry as the premier dealership for leading yacht brands in Doha, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the same industry and in marine outboard engines, as a sales manager.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment of new staff (direct hire and overseas agencies).
  • Develops, manages, and implements sales strategies across GCC.
  • Develops and maintains strong and long-lasting relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing major contracts.
  • Coordinates and influences decisions across different departments to ensure financial objectives, technical support delivery and customers satisfaction are fulfilled.
  • Develop and implement standard procedures, processing and reporting to ensure the implementation of best practices is achieved through the sales team.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in a similar industry.
  • Willing to travel around GCC.
  • Must have a great sales record in selling marine outboard engines.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or anything related.
