We are looking for a professional Sales Manager, The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set
  • Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Have previous experience on Real estate Field
  • 4+ years’ of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
