Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Constantly apply standard operating procedures in the department.
  • Monitors performance against the plan and proactively makes recommendations for changes to achieve or exceed the forecast.
  • Develops and executes tactical promotions for special events and low occupancy periods.
  • Identifies sales opportunities from competitors.
  • Ensures hotel sales database is properly maintained on a monthly basis.
  • Negotiates incremental revenue and new business with clients.
  • Constantly apply standard operating procedure in the market


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in a luxury hotel in the middle east.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge in the Arabic language is an advantage
  • Excellent in-office soft wares
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
